Ross Store Fundraising Campaign

Ross Store Open the Door to Great Futures Fundraising Campaign

Every year, nearly 4 million young people are served by Boys & Girls Clubs. To celebrate these extraordinary efforts, Ross Stores, Inc. (NYSE: FDO) announced that it is partnering with Boys & Girls Clubs of America (BGCA) with a four-week program called “Open the Door to Great Futures.” Beginning February 8, Ross customers in the Greater Prescott Community can make a monetary contribution at checkout to be donated to the Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Arizona this February.

 “Ross is committed to supporting the youth in the communities we serve,” said Gary Cribb, executive vice president, Stores and Loss Prevention for Ross Stores, Inc. “In the month of February, we invite our customers to join us in donating to the Power Hour program to help youth develop the study skills they need to excel in their studies and beyond.”

 Campaign Facts:

  • Ross stores invite customers to give at the register during the month of February to benefit boys & Girls Clubs of America

  • 100% of proceeds raised at each store will benefit Boys & Girls Clubs

  • Every $3 donation helps provide one hour of homework help for a Club youth

  • $15 helps keep a kid safe after school today

Channel 12 Shred-A-Thon

Bring down your old records and receipts containing personal information to be shredded as well as old TV’s, pc’s, laptops, cell phones, monitors, etc.

*First 5 boxes (banker box size) will be shredded for free

*Additional boxes will be taken for $3 per box with all proceeds benefiting Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Arizona

*There will be a $5 charge for CRT televisions and CRT monitors however all other electronic devices will be accepted without fee.  A donation may be given to benefit Boys and Girls Clubs for all recycling.
